As a shareholder at Mailflight, he helped establish it as the UK’s largest private global mail network, serving over 50 countries. At Metaforá, Mick focuses on optimising wholesale mail solutions and strengthening global delivery networks.

Dan brings over 45 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, having held senior roles at Safran, DHL, Royal Mail, TNT, and Gist. His expertise spans planning, operations, commercial strategy, and warehousing, both domestically and globally. Recognised for delivering service improvements, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies, Dan leads key logistics projects at Metaforá, ensuring smooth execution and measurable results.

With over 40 years in the postal and logistics industry across Australia and New Zealand, Mark offers deep expertise in global regulatory compliance and operational strategy. His leadership experience includes developing offshore commercial operations and driving service efficiency in global markets. As Metaforá’s International Business Advisor, Mark leverages his extensive network and market insights to support global expansion.

Tim has extensive leadership experience in the postal and logistics sector, including his tenure as CEO of Jersey Post, where he led the company’s entry into freight and global e-commerce markets, doubling revenue. Previously, he served as CEO and Commissioner at Postcomm, the UK postal regulator, and held senior positions at Royal Mail and DHL. Tim now advises businesses in the e-commerce carrier and logistics technology sectors, providing strategic insights for industry growth.

Jack has 12 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, specialising in commercial management and strategic planning. As part of a small team at Evri, he played a key role in relaunching its global business, driving 220% growth in FY22 and delivering 9.8 million international parcels in FY23. Previously, as Head of Commercial at FedEx Cross-Border (P2P Mailing), Jack developed pricing strategies and commercial frameworks.
